RuneQuest: The Smoking Ruin & Other Stories is a full-colour collection of ready-to-play RuneQuest adventures from Chaosium (2019), set in the untamed South Wilds, a land of ancient ruins, beast folk, troll spirits, undead, dinosaurs and living trees. Along with a guide to the South Wilds, the Wild Temple and the Lost Valley, it has three adventures: The Smoking Ruin, Urvantan's Tower and The Grove of Green Rock. It's for RuneQuest gamemasters and needs RuneQuest: Roleplaying in Glorantha to play, which the library has too.
Gobgob's favourite bit: The Grove of Green Rock is a serialised adventure that plays out over years, so your adventurers grow older alongside it. Gobgob is ageing gracefully, mostly.

Borrowing by post
Members anywhere in New Zealand can borrow by post. Postal swaps go out every Thursday. The cutoff is Wednesday 10pm for Thursday delivery.
Postage out is charged at our normal website shipping rates, and you pay to post games back to us.
Missing pieces and damage
Check the box when you borrow it. If a piece is missing, tell us at the counter so it isn't charged to you.
Pieces that go missing or get damaged while a game is with you can be charged up to the game's RRP, unless our staff waive it. Normal wear and tear is fine. The full details are in the library terms.
