Last Updated: 05/03/2026Welcome to Dice Goblin! By signing up for a Board Game Rental Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Plans
Dice Goblin offers the following monthly recurring membership options:- $30 per month – Rent 1 board game at a time
- $60 per month – Rent up to 3 board games at a time
- $75 per month – Rent up to 5 board games at a time
2. Membership Structure
- Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
- Billing begins on the date of signup and renews automatically each month.
- Members may cancel at any time (see Section 8).
- There is no long-term contract; however, payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Unlimited Swaps
- Members may swap games unlimited times during their active membership.
- At any given time, members may only hold the number of games allowed under their selected plan.
- A new game may be borrowed only after returning a previously rented game (if at plan limit).
- Swaps are subject to in-store availability.
4. Game Collection & Returns
- Games must be returned in person to Dice Goblin unless otherwise arranged.
- All components must be present and in good condition upon return.
- Members are responsible for checking game contents before leaving the store.
5. Care of Games
Members agree to:- Handle all games with care.
- Keep games free from water damage, food damage, smoke exposure, and pet damage.
- Return games in the same condition they were borrowed.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
- Missing or damaged components may incur a replacement fee.
- If a game is lost or returned in unusable condition, the member may be charged the replacement cost of the game.
- Replacement fees will reflect the current retail price or replacement cost.
7. Late Returns
There is no strict due date within an active membership; however:- Members may not exceed their plan’s maximum number of games at one time.
- If a membership is cancelled, all rented games must be returned within 7 days.
- Failure to return games after cancellation may result in replacement charges.
8. Cancellations
- Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation must be requested prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- All rented games must be returned before cancellation is finalized.
9. Suspensions & Termination
Dice Goblin reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:- Games are repeatedly returned damaged.
- Items are not returned.
- Members fail to pay outstanding fees.
- Members engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
10. Availability Disclaimer
- Game availability is not guaranteed.
- Popular titles may have waiting periods.
- Dice Goblin may rotate, retire, or replace games in the library at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
Dice Goblin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.12. Contact Information
