RuneQuest: Glorantha Bestiary is a full-colour creature book for RuneQuest from Chaosium (2019), with over 180 creatures, from the weak to the apocalyptically powerful. It covers the Elder Races, creatures of Chaos, monsters, animals, dinosaurs, giant insects, spirits, summoned beings and even noteworthy plants, each with full stats and magic, plus its myths and where it comes from. It's mostly for gamemasters, but players get rules for non-human adventurers and a section on mounts, allied spirits and creatures they can summon.
Gobgob's favourite bit: Players can be elves, dwarfs, trolls, baboons, minotaurs or ducks, each with their own cults and magic. Gobgob's duck adventurer is called Sir Quacksalot.

Borrowing by post
Members anywhere in New Zealand can borrow by post. Postal swaps go out every Thursday. The cutoff is Wednesday 10pm for Thursday delivery.
Postage out is charged at our normal website shipping rates, and you pay to post games back to us.
Missing pieces and damage
Check the box when you borrow it. If a piece is missing, tell us at the counter so it isn't charged to you.
Pieces that go missing or get damaged while a game is with you can be charged up to the game's RRP, unless our staff waive it. Normal wear and tear is fine. The full details are in the library terms.
