Five Crowns

Five Crowns is a classic rummy-style card game from PlayMonster, designed by Marsha J. Falco, played with five suits instead of four. Over eleven hands you collect runs and sets, starting with three cards and building all the way up to thirteen. A hand ends as soon as someone can lay down every card they're holding, which makes it a quick, easy family game to learn.

Gobgob's games are well loved, so some might be missing a piece or two. Spot something missing? Tell us straight away at the counter or by message, so we can try to replace it.

About the game

Kings are wild. Eventually.

Gobgob's favourite bit: The wild card changes every hand. Threes are wild in the first, fours in the second and so on, until Kings go wild in the last. The six Jokers stay wild the whole game, which Gobgob finds very comforting.

📦 In the box: 116 cards: 110 across five suits (stars, hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds) and 6 Jokers.

Missing pieces and damage

Check the box when you borrow it. If a piece is missing, tell us at the counter so it isn't charged to you.

Pieces that go missing or get damaged while a game is with you can be charged up to the game's RRP, unless our staff waive it. Normal wear and tear is fine. The full details are in the library terms.
