Gobgob's games are well loved, so some might be missing a piece or two. Spot something missing? Tell us straight away at the counter or by message, so we can try to replace it.

Gobgob slid this onto the shelf and heard a choir. A slightly worrying choir.

Call of Cthulhu: Chaosium 50th Anniversary Slipcase Set is a collector's slipcase holding the three core books of Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition, Chaosium's classic horror roleplaying game, all with new cover art for Chaosium's 50th anniversary (2025). The Keeper Rulebook has the core rules, spells and a bestiary of Mythos monsters, plus two complete scenarios. The Investigator Handbook expands character creation for players, and the Keeper Screen Pack adds the screen, big full-colour maps and two more ready-to-play scenarios set in 1920s New England.

Gobgob's favourite bit: The Investigator Handbook has over 100 occupations to choose from. Gobgob spent a whole evening just picking one.

Borrowing by post

Members anywhere in New Zealand can borrow by post. Postal swaps go out every Thursday. The cutoff is Wednesday 10pm for Thursday delivery.

Postage out is charged at our normal website shipping rates, and you pay to post games back to us.

Missing pieces and damage

Check the box when you borrow it. If a piece is missing, tell us at the counter so it isn't charged to you.

Pieces that go missing or get damaged while a game is with you can be charged up to the game's RRP, unless our staff waive it. Normal wear and tear is fine. The full details are in the library terms.
