Moon Colony Bloodbath is a darkly funny engine-building game from Rio Grande Games by Donald X. Vaccarino, the designer of Dominion. Each player runs a struggling moon colony, building up a tableau of useful cards while a shared event deck throws good news and a lot of bad news at everyone. Many events cost you colonists. The game ends when one colony empties or the event deck runs out, and whoever has the most colonists left wins.

Gobgob's favourite bit: You win by losing the fewest people. Every disaster hits everyone, so the real puzzle is building a colony that can shrug off the chaos better than your mates.
