Gobgob tried to stack the cats. The cats had other plans.
Cat-a-Comb is a two-player abstract strategy game from ThunderGryph Games, designed by Pierpaolo Paoletti. A gang of mischievous wooden cats is trying to take over the place. On your turn, either add a cat from your supply to build up a stack, or pick up a stack and spread it across neighbouring tiles, mancala-style. You can't put a cat straight onto a cat of the same colour, and stacks top out at three high. Win by topping every tile of one colour, or by topping three separate three-high stacks.
Gobgob's favourite bit: Spreading a stack across the board to grab the top spot in one sneaky move. Quick to learn, surprisingly brainy, and full of tiny wooden cats.
