Each round you elect a President and a Chancellor, who pass laws from a shuffled policy deck. Liberals win by passing five liberal policies or taking out Hitler. Fascists win with six fascist policies, or by getting Hitler elected Chancellor once three fascist policies are down.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGobgob's favourite bit:\u003c\/strong\u003e The policy handoff.
